If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible at shop@illogico.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request. If you have received your order and want to return it or change it, please refer to the instructions of return included in the delivery. Once we receive your return, we will process the redemption or exchange request.

Product care

How can I take care of my product?
Bow tie can be washed in cold water. Based on the chosen fabric, bow tie can show some natural folds, therefore we sugget you to iron it.

Shipment, change and returns

How much does shipment cost amount?
For orders over 150€ shipment is free.
For orders under 150€ shipment amounts to 5€.

How many days do I have to make a return?
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods.
How do I make a return?
Illogico will refund the full price of product provided that it is returned integral with tags and original box. Illogico reserves the possibility to deny your return if it doesn't respect our requirements. To make a return, contact our customer assistance, which will give you all information about.
Shipment and delivery timing
Realization and shipment timing is 1 (one) week if the product is not in stock. Delivery times are 48 hours in Italy and a calendar week abroad.
